Tradicted is a trading game. Before you proceed, it is essential to understand and agree to the following terms:

• Simulation Only - No Real Money: All trading in Tradicted is simulated using virtual capital. No real money is ever deposited, traded, won, or lost. We are not a broker, exchange, or financial institution, and no position you open in the app exists in any real market.
• Not Financial Advice: The app is provided strictly for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing in it constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any other form of professional guidance.
• Historical Data Has Limits: Gameplay is built on real historical price data. Historical price action does NOT indicate or predict future results, and past market conditions may never repeat.
• Simulated Results Differ From Real Trading: The simulation does not reproduce the costs and frictions of live markets, including spreads, commissions, slippage, liquidity constraints, financing costs, taxes, or the emotional pressure of risking your own capital. Results in the app will not translate directly into real trading results.
• High Risk of Financial Loss in Real Markets: Real trading and investing carry substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your capital. Success in Tradicted is not evidence that you are ready to trade real money.
• Do Your Own Research (DYOR): You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You MUST conduct your own thorough research and consult with a qualified financial advisor.
• No Liability: Under NO circumstances shall we be held liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your reliance on anything presented within it.

My Analytics reports statistics on your in-app activity, including your equity curve, streaks, win rate and expectancy per trade.

• Describes Simulated Play Only: Every figure shown is calculated from your simulated trades inside the game. It describes your performance in Tradicted and nothing else. It is not a track record, and it is not a projection of what you would earn or lose in a real market.
• Small Samples Mislead: Statistics such as win rate, expectancy and streaks are unreliable over a small number of trades and can swing heavily on chance alone. Do not treat a favourable figure as proof of skill or of an edge.
• Not a Signal to Act: Your analytics are a feedback tool for learning. They are not financial advice and must not be used as a basis for real investment decisions.
• Inherent Risk of Loss: Trading involves substantial risk. You should not make any financial decisions based on content presented in this application without conducting your own research.

Tradicted runs a Discord community, including a Market Analysis category. Macro commentary, watchlists and trade setups are posted there by the team and by members. Everything below applies equally to any other community channel we operate.

• Educational and Idea-Generation Only: Everything posted, including macro commentary, watchlists and trade setups, is shared purely to illustrate reasoning and generate discussion. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.
• Never Open a Trade Based on This Content: You should never open, close, or size a real trade based on anything posted by the Tradicted team or any community member. Do your own independent research and, if needed, consult a licensed financial advisor.
• No Advisory Relationship: Nobody posting in the community, including admins and moderators, is a registered financial advisor acting in that capacity, and no advisory relationship is created by joining, participating in, subscribing to or reading it.
