Terms of Service - tradicted

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the tradicted mobile app or visiting tradicted.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Robert Gorak, acting as sole founder and Data Controller. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Robert Gorak.

2. Description of Service

tradicted is a free stock market trading simulator. The Service allows users to practice trading using real historical and live market data in a simulated environment. No real money is invested, won, or lost through the Service. All trades, portfolios, and balances within the app are entirely simulated and have no real monetary value.

The Service includes a website with educational content and trading tools, a mobile app for iOS and Android, AI-powered stock analysis, a learning feed, and competitive leaderboards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit use of the Service by children under the age of 13.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the mobile app, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Providing accurate information when registering.
Notifying us immediately at info@tradicted.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time via the automated "Delete Account" feature in the app's Settings menu. Upon deletion, your Firebase authentication data and associated account data will be removed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or its infrastructure.
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features to manipulate leaderboard rankings or simulated performance.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Service are the intellectual property of Robert Gorak or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

All market data, AI-generated analysis, learning feed content, and educational materials provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robert Gorak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to any financial losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Since the Service involves no real money, no claim may be made against us for any simulated trading losses or outcomes within the app.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Vercel. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account via the app's Settings menu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
